Mismatch with the NDK Documented APIs

Hi,

I am referring to the following NDK Documentation
https://developer.android.com/ndk/reference/ndk_media_codec_8h.html , it
seems like most of the new APIs mentioned are not available in the latest
NDK (16.1), also most of the links are broken. Am I missing something ?

at ....6770 (not visible publicly),

Are the new APIs you're referring to the P APIs? Those wouldn't be in r16.
They're in the r17 beta.
