NDK not configured. Download it with SDK Manager.

Hi, newbie question here... Some help would be appreciated.

I tried to follow the instructions at:
https://developer.android.com/training/basics/firstapp/creating-project.html

However I'm getting an error "NDK not configured. Download it with SDK
manager.".

I found this:
https://developer.android.com/studio/intro/update.html#sdk-manager
*"Tools > Android > SDK Manager* or click *SDK Manager"*

However, there is no "Android" or SDK Manager option on the Tools Menu in
the Android Studio, so I simply cannot find where to actually access this
setting or download this additional plugin? I know it should be something
obvious but it isn't to me at the moment, so some help getting started
would be awesome. Other places I found "I simply went to the SDK Manager in
Android and installed NDK bundle." as the suggested solution... but "where
exactly "in Android" can you find this...

I am using Mac OS X El Capitan on a MacBook Air.
